So I am back cooking on a regular basis, and I am LOVING it! I was finding myself not eating, always hungry and NEVER satisfied. I was/am tired of eating at the same unhealthy take out restaurants, and I was spending WAY TOO MUCH money eating out everyday!
So I Wanted to share a few quick meals with you guys!
Sometime last year my grandma made me pasta with turkey meatballs! I didn’t even know it was possible, and I didn’t know that you could buy ‘ground turkey’ ( just like you can buy ground beef). Anyway, I loved it so much I started making it, and have even found other ways to spice up the dish.
Earlier in the week, I made the turkey meatballs with whole wheat spaghetti and pasta sauce. I decided to throw some broccoli in with it, and it really added something different to the meal!
With my left over ground turkey, I decided to try something new. Turkey Meatballs, broccoli and string beans on a bed of white rice!
Both meals are super easy to cook, prep time is not even 5 min. And can feed a group easily! I am not by any means a chef, but eating healthy is important, and these are two easy meals to make! Hopefully this was helpful to you, and will inspire you to cook more.
