One of my favorite, go-to, lip colors is this beautiful color by ‘Nars‘. It’s a wonderful nude color, and it’s called ‘Belize‘. Love this lip!

Straight from my Vaca in Texas, I traveled home to Maryland, to go on my yearly family Vacation with my Mom and God Mom. Every Year we go to Ocean City Maryland, which is about 3 hours from where I grew up! I always have fun in these trips, because we do nothing but relax! I usually bring a friend but this year I didn’t! Here are a few pics from my trip!

What are some of your low-key favorite spots to Vaca?
Back in June I took my second visit to Texas and my first vaca of the summer! Of course I had a great time visiting with Dj and his family (I’ll post about that later)! I wanted to share a few looks I did while out and about in Texas!
Because it was extremely hot in Texas, I wanted to keep my makeup as light as possible. Here I have just foundation on my face, with a slight contour with a pressed powder. I also kept my eyes pretty bare, opting for a bold liner and heavy mascara! My main focus for this look was my lips! I wanted a bright color to off set the bold liner! I am wearing ‘Toying Around‘ Lipstick by Mac Cosmetics, from the ‘PlayLand‘ Collection. I topped it off with ‘Live It Up‘ LipGloss from the same collection.
On this day, I pretty much kept my face routine the same. And did not go for such a dark bold eye. On my lips I lined them with ‘NightMoth‘ Lip liner, and than applied ‘RiRi Boy‘ from the RiRi❤️’s Mac Collection, Both from Mac Cosmetics.
This Was a beach day, so don’t ask why I did so much!! Lol ‘Hue‘ Lipstick from Mac Cosmetics on my lips. I did put some light shadow on my eyes, using my ‘Morphe Brushes‘ 35n-35 Color Palette.
This was my last look of the trip and I Decided to really lighten things up! I lightly highlighted and contoured my face! Using my ‘Maybelline‘ age rewind concealer to highlight under my eyes, my forehead and my nose. Also Using my Maybelline ‘Fit Me‘ pressed powder to contour my cheeks. I tired to keep my eyeliner thin, and opted for a white liner on my water line. For my lips ‘Coral Bliss‘ Lipstick adding ‘Live It Up’ Lipgloss to the center of my lips! Loved this look!!!

I’ve Heard So Many Great Things About ‘Real Technique Brushes’ From Other MUA That I follow And I Had To Try It Out For Myself! I Have Been Searching High & Low For These Brushes But Have Been Unsuccessful, I Use To See Them All The Time In Target, But Lately No More. 😦 I Hate To Shop Online Because Shipping Cost Can Be A Pain, So That Was My Last Resort.

Although, I Wanted To Purchase The Core Brush Set, It Did Not Come With The ‘Expert Face Brush’, Which I Have Heard Amazing Things About. So I Decided On The ‘Expert Face Brush’ And ‘Blush Brush’, That Way If I Wasn’t Impressed, I Wasn’t Stuck With Brushes I Didn’t Like.
I Have Used My Expert Face Brush Two Days In A Row, And It Is Great! I Get Great Coverage, And The End Results Are Flawless. The Blush Brush, Is Amazing As Well, It Picks Up The Product Well And Blends To The Face Like A Dream! I Will Most Likely Toss Out My Previous Blush Brushes, Or Find Other Uses For Them.
These Brushes Are Super Affordable, Which Makes This Purchase Even Better! The Two I Purchased Were Between $8 And $10 Dollars A Piece, The Core Set Runs About $18, And Comes With 4 Brushes!
Overall, I Have To Say I Am Very Happy With My Purchase, And I Can Not Wait Until I Purchase More!!!! My Only Issue Is That I Wish The ‘Expert Brush’ Was A Little Bigger! I Do Recommend ‘Real Technique Brushes’ And That Price Is Amazing!!
